A little about me

 

 

Tom has lived in the region for over twenty years and has seen the widespread development of the
South as more and more people are attracted to the beaches and rural lifestyle. Having been a
winemaker for close to 30 years prior to his move into real estate has given him an appreciation for
what the area provides.
Tom has always been fascinated by the potential in real estate, and those unique aspects of
property whether it be a residential home, holiday beach house, vineyard or farm. Seeing properties
through the eyes of the buyer and recognising and promoting this vision, unearthing the subtleties
that buyers are searching for is a great skill that Tom has benefited many sellers. Having personally
been involved in buying and selling many homes locally, interstate and overseas, and also having
conducted land divisions, and dealt with the issues that can arise, Tom is well placed to assist clients
with advice, solving problems, and providing explanations to help owners through this process.
Tom has a solid educational background with degrees in Agricultural Science, Winemaking, and
Business Administration. These qualifications plus a natural aptitude give Tom, and his clients an
advantage to achieving the best possible outcome in the sale of their property.
One of Tom's greatest assets is empathy and understanding of the seller and buyer, and seamlessly
alleviating the stress of the whole process by giving frank advice, smoothing over difficulties if they
arise, and keeping his clients fully informed and knowledgeable about what is happening now and
what will happen next, with his trademark sense of humor.
